Why is it this cheap?

This ULTRA model was discontinued by Celite in North America. We acquired the remaining factory-crated stock and sell it direct at closeout pricing - no retailer markup.

Is it really brand new?

Yes. Every unit ships unused, in its original sealed factory crate. Please inspect the crate at delivery and report any transit damage within 48 hours for a free replacement or refund.

Does it really need no electricity?

Correct - ULTRA is a tankless, non-electric bidet toilet. Cleansing is powered by your home's water pressure, not a plug. An optional wall-mounted sensor accessory (sold separately) can add touchless activation.

Where do you deliver?

Greater Toronto Area only, curbside or to your garage/door. We phone to schedule a 3–5 business day delivery window.

Is installation included?

No. Installation requires a licensed plumber (no electrician needed). We'll email the official installation handbook to share with your plumber on request.

What's your return policy?

Unopened, undamaged units can be returned within 7 days for a refund less a $150 restocking/pickup fee. Once a crate is opened and the delivery receipt signed, sales are final - this is a discontinued closeout item.
