Why is it this cheap?
This exact model (A80335500C) was discontinued by Roca in North America. We are offering the remaining factory-crated stock and sell it direct at closeout pricing - no retailer markup.
Is it really brand new?
Yes. Every unit ships unused, in its original sealed factory crate. Please inspect the crate at delivery and report any transit damage within 24 hours for a free replacement or refund.
Where do you deliver?
Greater Toronto Area only, curbside or to your garage/door. Crates weigh about 92 lbs (42kg) - have a second person on hand if you need it moved indoors. We phone to schedule a 3–5 business day delivery window.
Is installation included?
No. Installation requires a licensed plumber and electrician (this unit needs a dedicated GFCI outlet). We'll email the official Roca installation handbook to share with your plumber on request.
What's your return policy?
Unopened, undamaged units can be returned within 7 days for a refund less a $350 restocking/pickup fee. Once a crate is opened and the delivery receipt signed, sales are final - this is a discontinued closeout item. Nothing here limits your rights under Ontario consumer protection law.
Can I see the official spec sheet?
Yes - the User Manual, Installation Handbook and Product Factsheet for A80335500C are published on Roca's own site, and we'll email copies on request to orders@smarttoiletclearance.ca.
